Model: SW-20KW fixed pitch Yawing wind turbine
20 KW fixed-pitch yaw wind turbines are widely installed in Ukraine and Italy, and British customers have installed 20 kW wind turbines for off-grid system 360VDC. This traditional type of wind turbines was popular in European countries and the United States before 2014 because of its beautiful appearance and stable power generation performance, as a result of some Agents abroad were selling those at high prices, and once such 10KW and 20KW wind turbines were reported and featured in the mainstream television media in Canada and United States America.
SW-20KW wind turbines can be used off-grid to generate electricity, but more customers buy a grid-connected system for commercial power generation and sell it to the national grid network.
SW-20KW wind turbines generally needs 30pcs 12V250AH batteries for off-grid power generation. Hotels or factories (plants) can invest for installation to supply their own super-large power consumption, and the cost can be returned within three years.
A. Purpose:The electricity generated by 10kw wind turbine generator can be stored in batteries, through inverter the DC can be changed into AC for power supply; it can also be used as a distribution power supply to delivery electricity to AC380V/AC220V grid.
B. Structure Composing:

Speed regulated by yawing: Yawing wind speed can be changed through selecting installing positionof yawing adjusting disk, at position A, it will start yawing at 15~18m/s, at position B, it will start yawing at 12m/s.

Yawing angle can be set according to needs:There is a handle on electricity driving winch, loosening the clutch wheel, can turn the handle to achieve a wanted yawing angle, in this way, the maximum power output of the wind generator can be controlled.
When yawing angle is 45°~60°,the output power can be reduced by 50%.
Automatically stop: When the output power exceeded the limited value, the controller box will give instruction signal and let the battery(12V) supply power to make the steel wire in the electric winch to pull the tail in a speed of 0.05~0.1m/s , so as to drive the rotor yawing, when the yawing angle reach to 60°, the hydraulic general pump will be pushed, 2 breaking sub pumps will stop the running rotor.
Manually stop: Press the button of electric winch, can stop wind turbine and make it yaw at any time.
In order to avoid electrical cable inter-twist, a slip ring is installed for electricity conveying.
